The bungalow offers comfortable accommodation comprising of:

•3 double bedrooms (1 twin-bedded, 2 double)

•A newly installed shower-room with large walk-in shower, wc & wash basin

•Large lounge with French doors leading to the front garden with breathtaking views of the Estuary

•A dining area looking out to the rear garden

•A well equipped newly fitted modern kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher

•Ample car parking space

•Oil-fired central heating

•Outdoor furniture including barbecue & deck chairs

Although the bungalow is not suitable for wheelchair users, people with mobility difficulties would find it quite accessible

The owners request that you do not smoke inside the bungalow

Pets are not permitted

Bed linen and tea towels are provided at no extra cost

Please bring your own towels

A hair dryer, iron & ironing board are also available for guests
